Package includes:

Initial face to face personal planning session with the couple
Unlimited email and phone consultation
Design overall layout and ﬂow of service
Customizing of ceremony options: vows, unity ceremonies & readings
Include your own words for a personal touch
Arrive 30+ minutes prior to ceremony start time
Coordinating with Wedding Coordinator/DJ/Photographer/Videographer about ceremony details
Upon request, presence/assistance at the rehearsal
- Will meet at the ceremony location or another location of your choice
- Work with the couple or the wedding coordinator to provide direction through the rehearsal in a timely manner
- Rehearse the processional and recessional including direction on proper escort technique and timing
- Properly plan and rehearse spacing and separation of all members of the wedding party for the best photos
- Rehearse the customized readings and unity ceremony
- Can be done day of or day prior to the ceremony
Marriage ceremony lasting 20-30 minutes
Finalization of your marriage license to the County Clerk’s office

Please check the calendar to confirm availability the weekend of your wedding.
Following our initial consultation, your wedding date will be held on the booking calendar for 7 days. If after 7 days you have not secured the date via a deposit, the hold will be lifted and opened to interested parties.
Please return contract within 7 days of booking.
Couples should finalize personalized aspects of your wedding (vows, unity ceremony, readings, rehearsal information, personalized write ups) at least one month prior to wedding.

Travel within 50 miles round trip from Cleveland home office is included. For travel over 50 miles, additional travel fees of $1.00/mile apply.
Please pay cost of the wedding ceremony in full within one week of booking.
Parties will be invoiced via Paypal which encourages easy and secure payment via credit or debit card.
